Information we may receive
This website does not contain a local registration or payment form. The general enquiry form on About & contact and the corporate enquiry form on Schools & alternative education are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). If you submit either form, the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, organisation (where applicable) and enquiry message, is sent to LeadConnector so the centre can receive and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive information in an initial message, and do not include pupil names in corporate enquiries.
If you contact the centre directly, we may receive the details you provide, such as a parent or guardian’s name, contact details, a child’s name, school year and information about the educational support being requested.
Assessment booking takes place on the official Kip McGrath website. Information entered there is handled under that service’s own privacy information. The hosting provider may also process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure this website.
How information is used

- To communicate with parents, guardians, schools or referring organisations where appropriate.

Google Consent Mode sends limited cookieless page and consent signals with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Google Analytics storage is enabled only when a visitor allows usage analytics, which permits analytics cookies and pseudonymous browser or session identifiers. Advertising storage, user data and personalisation remain denied. Embedded Google Maps, YouTube, ReputationHub reviews, the LeadConnector chat service and the enquiry forms load only when a visitor allows external content. The forms also use the cookie-consent settings supplied to LeadConnector. The official Kip McGrath assessment journey is an external link and operates under its own privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers, including LeadConnector for the enquiry forms and chat service, professional advisers, Kip McGrath services, schools, referring bodies or authorities where this is necessary and lawful. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, safeguarding, insurance, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to request portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk .
