Our approach
This site uses a small browser-storage preference to remember your choices for optional analytics and external content. This prevents the privacy question appearing on every visit.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow anonymous analytics. If allowed, it helps us understand which pages are useful, general device and browser information, approximate location and how visitors move through the site. Selecting “Only necessary” keeps analytics disabled.
Third-party content
Google Maps, YouTube, ReputationHub and the LeadConnector chat service remain paused until you allow external content. Those providers may then use their own storage or cookies. External assessment booking and other linked websites operate under their own cookie policies.
Changing your choice
Use the “Privacy choices” link in the website footer whenever you want to change or withdraw either optional choice. You can also clear this site’s stored data in your browser.
