Our approach
This site uses a small browser-storage preference to remember your choices for optional analytics and external content. This prevents the privacy question appearing on every visit.
Optional analytics
The Google tag uses Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before you choose, Google can receive limited cookieless page and consent signals used for aggregate measurement. If you allow usage analytics, analytics storage is enabled and Google Analytics may use cookies and pseudonymous browser or session identifiers. This helps us understand which pages are useful, general device and browser information, approximate location and how visitors move through the site. Selecting “Only necessary” keeps analytics storage disabled. Advertising storage, user data and personalisation remain denied under either choice.
Third-party content
Google Maps, YouTube, ReputationHub, the LeadConnector chat service and the enquiry forms remain paused until you allow external content. Those providers may then use their own storage or cookies. The enquiry forms also apply the cookie-consent settings supplied to LeadConnector. External assessment booking and other linked websites operate under their own cookie policies.
Changing your choice
Use the “Privacy choices” link in the website footer whenever you want to change or withdraw either optional choice. You can also clear this site’s stored data in your browser.
