Student Recognition

How we celebrate
our students.

Academic progress matters. But so do the moments around it. A birthday. A breakthrough. A fantastic piece of work. An exam result. Reaching a goal that once seemed difficult.

We believe those moments deserve to be recognised.

That’s why we sometimes send personalised cards to our students and families throughout their time with us. In an increasingly digital world, sometimes something arriving through the letterbox means just a little bit more.

Birthdays

Remembering the person, not just the student

We can send personalised birthday cards to students so that an important day doesn’t simply become another automated email or notification.

Achievements

Progress deserves recognition

Whether it’s improved confidence, fantastic effort, a strong assessment result or mastering something they previously found difficult, sometimes a physical "well done" means more.

Milestones

Some moments are worth remembering

GCSE results, completing a programme, achieving a target or reaching the end of a student’s journey with us can all be opportunities to recognise what they have accomplished.

Physical vs Digital

Sometimes physical means more.

Parents and students receive emails, texts, app notifications and digital messages every day.

A card is different.

It arrives through the letterbox.
It has their name on it.
They pick it up, open it and often keep it.

Sometimes the simplest gestures
create the strongest memories.

Kudos Cards

The technology behind the experience.

We use Kudos Cards to help us organise and send personalised cards to students at the right moments. The platform can help manage occasions such as birthdays and other important dates, personalise cards for individual recipients and organise when cards need to be sent.

Do you run a tuition centre or education business?

We use this approach within our own tuition centre, but the same system can be used by other organisations that want to build stronger relationships with their customers, students or members.
